I went out to 114 saturday night to predator hunt. I missed one fox and had a fox and coyote come in behind me. I saw their tracks in mine on the way out. I plan on going again this weekend if anyone is interested.

Interesting you bring this up. I didn't know this but was reading an article recently on how to hunt coyote at night. It was new to me that it was legal to hunt at night. Article was in Woods-n-Water. Said best time was 2am-5am.

I've got that magazine but haven't read the article yet. I've always done my coyote hunting during early morning or last light.

If you get a chance I think you'd like the article. Guy explains how he successfully hunts Coyote at night. Impression I was left with is it's a lot better at night. Although 2-5am might be a stretch. Coyote would probably hear me snoring.

Hey Jayson, I would like to go with you if you don't mind. I caught a fox out there last week and I know the landowner wants all the preditors gone from his place. When where you planing on going out? Give me a call on when you are going and hopefully we can hook up.

I have them out on 114 right now, 1 was on the south side of the pond, 1 was towards the front of the property by the secound ditch, 1 was by the fence row that seperates units E and A and 1 was on the north side of unit A just north/east of the white building almost on the fence row by the neighbors property. I hope this is as clear as mudd, I havent seen a set of tracks out there sence Jayson and I went out saturday morning to hunt K-9's. I don't know if its the weather we have been getting or if we have run them out of the property for now.

I was out there Sunday and we chased a nice bright red fox out of a and saw sign that he had been hanging around on the trail that cuts through all those dead fall trees. south of the storage house on a. also there is a large set of holes in there but you really have to push your way through the thick stuff to get to them. I work 12-8 normally call me and I'll go over where I think are good spots and tell me what you think
