Has anyone seen any geese on any of our properties recently? I had seen some on the north end of 122, but that was a while ago and the nearby lakes may have frozen over. Any one interested in giving the geese a shot and is looking for a partner, let me know.
Thanks

I havent seen any geese in the area up by me. I haven't seen any out by the 104 property either. I'm going to head over to the 114 property this weekend to scout for some coyote traping, I'll let you know what I find out for over that way.

No sign yesterday while I was over there. I'll be out there every day for the next couple weeks well during the week any how.

Thanks Bob. If they do come back with the warmer temps, maybe with water opening up, please let me know. Thanks again.quote: Originally posted by B King
I live within a couple of miles from #114. No birds flying any where around here right now.

Goose Lake, just SW of 128 in Hillsdale was still wide open 2 weeks ago, and should still be so. I saw a ton of geese while hunting 128. An early morning hunt might produce a few pass shooting opportunities. I saw a lot of geese landing on the property just south of 126.

Greg, saw 4 geese fly over the 114 property today, then on my way home I seen a flock flying towards the 114 property. I know the 4 would have decoyed to unit E with out very much work. I was about 2 miles from the property when I seen the other flock. Seems like the thaw brought the birds back, I wonder what the freeze this weekend will do?
