My dog put up 6 hens and a rooster when I was walking back to my vechile from duck hunting yesterday. He then gave me the look of confusion as to why I was standing there with an unloaded gun. They were in the ditch along the main road. For any one that has time to get out and ran the dog/dogs before the season closes the ditches along unit B/C could be productive.

I forgot to say that in my other post. On our walk into unit D we flushed a big rooster right where the boats used to be. Then while looking for my sons duck we had one get up on the south side of the east/west dyke again this looked like a big rooster, he laughed at us the whole time he was in the air knowing we couldn't shoot him.
