I am considering a membership, (really considering) into ASC, and I am looking for a place to hunt with my father. With all your acreage I won't have a problem. I need to know the meaning of some of the terms in your homepage,

"The Family Lifetime Membership Plan provides for unlimited use of club lands by the member, along with extensive guest and family privileges."

Thanx

Hello,

I'm not a manager or anything, so I can't really reply. Just wanted to say that Todd (our Member Services coordinator) is out hunting all week without phone or internet, so it might be a couple days before you get a reply.

Thanks,

Good Morning Tom,

Thank you for your interest in ASC first of all. As you might imagine we're a bit busy these days and most of our managemet team is in the field or not able to access the computer. I did get you email the other day and I will give you a call later on. But, in the mean time, to clarify and answer your question, our Lifetime Memberships are for a "Family" that includes all dependents. Meaning your wife and children up to the age of "roughly" 21 or so. We really haven't enforced the specific age of a child, but 21 seems reasonable.(If you have children that are away at college or out of the house supporting themselves, then obviously they are really on their own and they would need to have a guest membership to accompany you on our properties).

Now, your base Lifetime Membership comes with 3 freebee days per guest without having to pay for those days and is for each guest per year. Again, we are on the "honor" system somewhat and when it comes to these "freebee days" we expect that we won't need to babysit grown adults down to monitoring their guest usage. As a club we want to change the "perception" of hunters and sportsmen alike and expect that everyone raise the bar with regards to integrity, ethics and honoring our ASC, state and federal laws and rules.

Now, if you have family/friends who don't get out much and just hunt 4 or 5 times per year then we'd encourage you to purchase a guest membership for them. Now, they would actually purchase it, but you would be the "sponsoring member" or person responsible for your guest. A guest membership is good for one year and that person can go hunting with you on our properties as often as you the sponsoring member goes hunting. Our guests cannot go onto our properties for any reason without our Members or the sponsoring member may lose priviledges depending on the severity.

Bottom line we want our membership and families to enjoy their time out in the field building solid family traditions and not to worry about how or what land they are going to hunt on.

For more details please go to our website to the "Join Now" page and click on "Rules and Reg's" http://www.team-asc.com/ASCRules.pdf and you will have alot more detail relative to the reserving and utilization of our properties.

Again we thank you for your interest in our club. As always feel free to reply to this reply or email me mike@team-asc.com or call me on my mobile at 248.310.9420.

Thank you again and God Bless -
