That has to be uploaded to a website somewhere, then one of our admins, B King or I need to set it up for the particular member. We have been discussing how to handle it. One option is that we (ASC) will upload the image to our website, and then link from there. Right now, only ASC management has avatars. We were thinking of having the next level be for charter members, then allow a member to add an avatar after, say 50 posts (a lot of discussion boards require minimum posts before adding an avatar) to encourage participation and get some good spirited discussions going. Being a new board, the more participation we can get from the current members, the better it will grow. I will, also, set up a post on how to include images in your message, but I have a lot of to dos on my list.
