This weekend there was a significant upgrade to the 122 property regarding no-trespass posting. It would be extrememly difficult for anyone to enter the property without seeing either a yellow no-trespass sign or an orange no-trespass ribbon. In addition, 61 of our new neighbor letters were mailed to the area and residents are starting to get them. I know because I've received two phone calls already from locals. The locals that have called are ones who back up to our properties and are accustomed to being able to wander out onto our leased lands. As a membership, we are going to have to pay attention to the property lines and make sure we are not setting up treestands in a manner that gives the impression we are watching/hunting over our boundaries (ie, into locals property).

If anyone encounters a trespasser, the thing to do is to give them a verbal warning. Ask them how they entered the property and point out it is posted and quite difficult to enter without seeing the posted signs.
