I was ready to fill out a membership application until I came across the "daily use fee" What is the average fee for all of the properties? $50 per day per person seems pretty steep. Are there any with lower fees?

I will help answer your question. On all ASC properties (Michigan and Ohio), there is no daily use fees with a full membership. They only apply to sister-club properties.

I hope I don't confuse this.

Tim and Bob are right for all the property we currently have. However, our rules do have a section for setting fees on land we lease locally. This is for instances where a property is leased that has some special considerations where it would cost too much for us to lease without a day fee. For instance, the Arkansas properties have a use fee for waterfowlers that covers the cost of maintaining the water level within the levees set up for the duck blinds.
