I Got two roosters on 116 yesterday. I had 5 flushes while I was out there for a little over an hour. A few of the birds flushed way in front of my lab, aprox 50 plus yards out. I would say there is a few birds that are veteran to the game out there. All and all it was enjoyable to be able to go out after work and knock a couple down. One was a pretty good size rooster and the other was a younger bird, what really hurt was having to pull my gun off of a 3rd rooster that went up with the second one I shoot. It was natural instinct to shot than turn as the next one went up, then the thought process set in and the gun went down. My dog gave a look like what in the world are you doing and thought I was completely off my rocker.
